Jason Archer is the President and Designated Broker of PMI Southeast CT. A U.S. Air Force veteran with an MBA in Operations Management, Jason brings over a decade of property management experience and leadership in a Fortune 500 company to his role.
Originally from Colorado, his military service took him across the globe before he and his family chose to make East Lyme home. Today, Jason is dedicated to raising the standard of property management and brokerage in Southeastern Connecticut—protecting assets, maximizing profitability, and delivering a superior real estate experience for owners, investors, and residents.
Residential Management Team
Lisa Barclay is the Residential Property Manager at PMI Southeast CT, overseeing the company’s residential portfolio. She leads tenant relations, maintenance coordination, property inspections, and leasing and marketing efforts, all while implementing best practices and leveraging advanced technology to improve efficiency. Known for her strong leadership and client-focused approach, Lisa also mentors remote team members and ensures operations meet the high standards PMI Southeast CT is known for.
As the Assistant Property Manager, Brendon manages the residential portfolio through daily operational oversight. He focuses on tenant communication, maintenance coordination, property inspections, and leasing support, helping ensure resident needs are addressed promptly and properties operate efficiently.
As Residential Coordinator, Kei is responsible for coordinating all aspect of our long term rental business, including but not limited to, owner onboarding, coordinating showings, lease coordination, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and more.
As the Licensed Leasing Agent, Danielle is responsible for all aspects of the leasing process, including marketing, showing, screening, lease signing and lease renewals.
As a Leasing Specialist, Patrick supports the leasing process to ensure a smooth, organized experience for prospective residents while upholding company standards and compliance requirements.
As Leasing and Maintenance Coordinator, MJ assists with tenant screening, leases, and renewals while also coordinating maintenance requests. MJ ensures issues are handled quickly, cost-effectively, and with clear communication between residents, owners, and vendors.
Short-Term Management Team
Edward Siciliano is the Short-Term Rental (STR) Property Manager at PMI Southeast CT, leading the company’s vacation rental program with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence. He oversees housekeeping, maintenance, reservations, and revenue management teams to maximize occupancy and rental performance. Ed also manages STR coordinators, ensures properties meet strict quality standards, and drives growth through innovative service.
As the Short-Term Coordinator, Carolyn is responsible for coordinating all short-term bookings, guests, cleaners, maintenance coordination, and more!
Maintenance
As Maintenance Specialist & Technician, Alonso supports maintenance operations by diagnosing issues, coordinating repairs, and completing hands-on maintenance as needed. He works closely with clients, tenants, and vendors to ensure maintenance requests are addressed promptly and completed to company standards.
As Property Maintenance Technician, Paul works closely with clients, tenants, and vendors to ensure every maintenance task is handled efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standard.
PMI Realty
As a Licensed Real Estate Agent and REALTOR®, Danielle handles Property Listings and Sales, Property Purchasing and Tenant Home Buying Assistance, and all general Real Estate transaction needs.
Accounting and Support Team
As the Financial, Training & Compliance Manager, Sarah is responsible for safeguarding the company’s financial integrity while supporting operational excellence across all business lines. She oversees trust account management, financial controls, and compliance across all pillars.
As STR Bookkeeper and Lead Coordinator, Moses Villanueva oversees short-term rental trust accounting while continuing to support and coordinate the company’s remote team. He is responsible for STR financial tracking, reporting, and accuracy, while also leading onboarding, training, and ongoing support for remote team members to ensure alignment with PMI Southeast CT standards and workflows.
As the Residential Trust Accounting Bookkeeper, Krissha is responsible for all aspects of trust accounting for the residential portfolio. She ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with trust accounting requirements, and proper handling of client and tenant funds.
